Students may request to change their postgraduate programme by following the below steps:
1. Write a formal letter to the Head of Department requesting the change of status. This letter can be sent via email as an attachment.
2. Recommendations on the request are made and then forwarded to the School for Graduate Studies and Research.
3. The School for Graduate Studies and Research makes a decision based on the recommendations of the Head of Department.
4. The School for Graduate Studies and Research sends formal communication to the student indicating the decision on the request.
