How do I add a printer?

    To add a printer:

      1. Click on start
      2. Go to run
      3. Type \\lab-printsrv1
      4. Double-click on the desired printer e.g. lab 2 HP Laser Jet 9000
      5. Read the message and click yes
      Some printers are black and white and some are coloured. Please ensure that you add the appropriate printer.
