The Kerry Ann Ifill Unit helps to meet the needs of students with disabilities, in particular visual impairments. The Unit is located in the 24 HR Study Room in the Sidney Martin Library. Some of the special equipment available includes:
FOCUS 40 Blue Braille display
Gem Topaz XL Video Magnifier
Pearl portable reading camera
Ruby handheld video magnifier
Two Dell dimension computers with 24" monitors, Califone headsets and amplifiers. One unit has a large print keyboard. Both units are loaded with current Jaws software.
Screen magnification software
